I have a MyLab Five which is having a HDD issue. Original from problem is the machine boots normal... but I can't access the Patient Archive, I can't create any new studies... the HDD icon on the top is blinking.I reloaded the software, but it did not fix the issue. Does anyone have service manual? Any solutions? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Measurements on the images are present, but nothing in a report. Doesn't appear, I see only title (name, dob, and other things) and it shows free text, but no measurements. And it's only for ABD, REN and AORTA. Help please.

I have MyLab5, it has 250GB memory only 70 GB is used. When I am saving images it is too slow takes up to 1 min to save image &it saving slower and slower. Is it all of them like that or got defective one. thx

This unit will not run on dc power, now having a problem with it running on ac as well. Will changing the internal battery remedy this or will I need to change the power supply also? Also will the internal battery for a 2008 fit in a 2010 unit?

Would like archive study on one dual screen and live imaging on second screen to compare studies. Have tried to follow the instructions but need more step by step detailed instructions. At one point had the archived study on left side of dual pictures but could not perform live imaging on the right side.
