015 This cleaner works great except for one major problem.it has a 3 canister system,one for soap,one for clean water,and one for dirty.both of the soap and clean water tanks each drain out onto the floor within seconds of placing them back in the machine.how do i stop this??015

015 I just got a Eureka Atlantis extractor model 2591A and for some reason it no longer sprays when I press the spray button during carpet cleaning. Nothing comes out. It worked fine when I used it a week ago. I followed all of the suggestions in the troubleshooting section of the owner's manual and no luck. All the tanks are securely in place, the clean water tank is to the fill line, the detergent tank is as well, and the recovery tank is empty. I didn't see any debris or obstructions in the carpet nozzle or in the tank compartments. The suction into the carpet nozzle doesn't seem that great either but I have nothing to compare it to because I didn't check the suction last time since the machine worked fine. I should note that when I used the machine last week, the last thing I did was use the upholstery attachment and of course disconnected it and closed the 'hose attachment' lid before trying to clean the carpets today. I just mention that because the carpet cleaning function (i.e. spray) was working fine before I used the upholstery attachment and now it does not. Any ideas as to why it will not spray??015012015

Hard to say without seeing it, is there a function type knob that you would switch from carpet to hose? Did the hose attachment lid close ok? Other then take, if this is new, it has a years warranty on it, just take it to a waranty shop for repair.
